DELIVERY
For orders placed by 12:00 PM, we will dispatch the package on the same day. The order will then be delivered the next business day via a courier company

Silver can react with the environment, skin, or cosmetics over time, which may result in a slight change in color. However, this change is not permanent and can be easily removed.

at home, using common silver cleaning products, or you can contact us and we will be happy to take care of cleaning it for you.
PACKAGING
Yes. Every piece of jewelry is automatically gift-wrapped. There is no need to select or check this option anywhere.
The jewelry is packaged in: a special frame, a small resealable gift bag, and a story card that belongs to the specific piece of jewelry.
The jewelry is thus ready for gifting immediately upon delivery.
